Have you ever?

So, I've been thinkin... How LUCKY I am to have every one of you in my life... I have an amazing family that loves me very very much and a boyfriend that also loves me!! I have awesome friends, too... I couldn't ask for better people to surround myself with!! So, here's a little shout out for everyone in my life that has ever been there for me whether it's over something bad or good!! I love you all... You make me grateful for absolutely everything that I have in my life... Even those crazy trials and tribulations!! Thanks to my family, who has seen me at my absolute worst and they still love me for me... Thanks to the love of my life, Wes, you have made me a better person all around, I can't wait to see what our lifetime together will bring, and to my friends who have been the ones to walk by my side even when I tripped and stumbled my way thru the years and you were still proud to walk next to me. I love you all!!

Life

Wow, I am a total lame-oh to the blogging community!! Sad day for me... Lots has happened since I last wrote... Wes and I are still doing AMAZING, we are thinkin December of this year for a wedding, and no we still aren't officially engaged!! When we are I will let you all know!! Umm... I went to Cottonwood labor day weekend just for the day on Saturday and surprised everyone!! I had a blast, Wes had to work so he couldn't come along but I needed to get out of the house and do something. We all went to Montezuma's Well and played at the park there. The kidlets had so much fun. They have that little ditch thing that has irrigation water in it and they played in that, Miss A kept asking to get in the "bath" so I finally stripped her down to her diaper and let her play in it for a little while... It was a little on the chilly side, so the kids only stayed in the water for so long... We enjoyed that and then saw that there was a big storm moving in plus Elmo and Victor needed to head back to Tucson. So, we packed up everything and headed back.
Mom will appreciate this, so I decided I would drive home from the park and when we got into Mom's Jeep I told her she needed gas... There is a little thing in her car that tells her how many gallons until empty, Shawn is in the back seat absolutely having a coniption because we're on the 17 going to Camp Verde and it says 0 miles to empty... Haha, Mom and I were laughing so hard... He kept telling us, "Hey guys there is another gas station right there," and "I'm not pushing the car if we run out of gas!!" We didn't run out, we totally made it, it was just funny listening to Shawn hyperventilate about it...
OH!!!! I start my new job on Monday, I am super excited about that!! I'll still be working part time at Best Buy but not a whole lot, so it will be nice to be out of retail!! Yay me!! Hmm... I had lots when I was thinkin about this but now I got nothin... Okay... Well peace out cub scouts!!

My Week

Okay, so this week has been an interesting week and I have a few encounters that I wish I had never had...
First, I got to go to Erin and Brent's wedding this last weekend... It was a beautiful wedding!! I had so much fun being there and seeing the two of them make that commitment to one another... She looked absolutely gorgeous!!
I headed back to Phoenix on Sunday afternoon and before I left I noticed that my car sounded funny... Wes told me a while back ago that I needed to go and take my car into the shop to have it looked at and I didn't. Needless to say I payed for it... And guess what?!?! I blew a freakin tire... 20 miles outside of Globe with no cell phone reception and no idea how to change a tire... Good times right? Luckily, I had this amazing couple that stopped and helped me change my tire and use their cell phone to call Wes... They followed me that 20 miles to Globe going 40 miles an hour and made sure that I was okay. Wes was also amazing and met me all the way in Globe after he got off work and checked all my tires and informed me that all of them needed to be replaced!!
Then yesterday, on my way home from work I got pulled over by a motorcycle cop... Another lucky thing happened to me and he just gave me a warning and let me go on my way...
So here is the kicker, on my way to Pep Boys to have my oil changed I was driving in rush hour traffic (good times, gotta love the city) and a guy behind me didn't hit his brakes fast enough and pretty much lost control of his car and almost hit me!! I was again lucky and he barely missed me, sad day for the guy in front of me who got clipped... It has been a long long week and I think that I am done driving for the week... Too many incidents!! That's me!! Haha...

More life...

So, just when I feel like things are starting to look up for me things come crashing down and it feels like everything is thrown at me at once!! Don't get me wrong I love my life and the way things are but there are things that have happened in the last couple days that have really gotten on my nerve!!
SERIOUSLY!! WHY ME?
I know that it's good for me to have these challenges in my life so that I can remember all the good things that I have in my life but sometimes I just wish that all these things were a little more spaced out!! I need a freakin break here!! GOSH!!
On the other hand, I just wanna brag that I have the most amazing boyfriend in the entire world!! Last night we went out on a date night, which we haven't had in a while because we have been back and forth to the hospital and all that fun stuff... Anyway, we went to the movie and then we were just going to hang out and have some Wes and Jenny time, well when we got out of the movie I was so sick to my stomach and I had super bad back cramps... I know right? Way to ruin a good night Jennifer!! So, he took me home and rubbed my back and put me to bed!! He's so sweet to me, he always makes sure that I'm taken care of!! Goodness I love him...
Okay, so that's all really that's been going on in my life!! Good times!!

Life

Da weekend in da Wood...

Wes and I got to go to Cottonwood this last weekend so he could meet the rest of the family (Mom and Elmo, Shawn, Shane, Nan and Pop, Erin and Brent) I had the best time just relaxing and spending time with every one. It was a much needed weekend away, and better yet I got to spend it with Wes. We had lots of time to spend together and talk, life couldn't get much better. It was great to see everyone at church and introduce the boy to them, I don't know how much fun he had doing that but I love going back home and seeing people and updating them on my life and which direction it's going... Thanks everyone that was there and for spending time with us, and thanks to the family for excepting Wes into our lives and for getting to know him. It's love...
