Wow, I am a total lame-oh to the blogging community!! Sad day for me... Lots has happened since I last wrote... Wes and I are still doing AMAZING, we are thinkin December of this year for a wedding, and no we still aren't officially engaged!! When we are I will let you all know!! Umm... I went to Cottonwood labor day weekend just for the day on Saturday and surprised everyone!! I had a blast, Wes had to work so he couldn't come along but I needed to get out of the house and do something. We all went to Montezuma's Well and played at the park there. The kidlets had so much fun. They have that little ditch thing that has irrigation water in it and they played in that, Miss A kept asking to get in the "bath" so I finally stripped her down to her diaper and let her play in it for a little while... It was a little on the chilly side, so the kids only stayed in the water for so long... We enjoyed that and then saw that there was a big storm moving in plus Elmo and Victor needed to head back to Tucson. So, we packed up everything and headed back.
Mom will appreciate this, so I decided I would drive home from the park and when we got into Mom's Jeep I told her she needed gas... There is a little thing in her car that tells her how many gallons until empty, Shawn is in the back seat absolutely having a coniption because we're on the 17 going to Camp Verde and it says 0 miles to empty... Haha, Mom and I were laughing so hard... He kept telling us, "Hey guys there is another gas station right there," and "I'm not pushing the car if we run out of gas!!" We didn't run out, we totally made it, it was just funny listening to Shawn hyperventilate about it...
OH!!!! I start my new job on Monday, I am super excited about that!! I'll still be working part time at Best Buy but not a whole lot, so it will be nice to be out of retail!! Yay me!! Hmm... I had lots when I was thinkin about this but now I got nothin... Okay... Well peace out cub scouts!!
