Birthdays in Snowflake

So I have been a slacker about blogging and have finally gotten around to blogging about my stay over in Snowflake... Everyone (Preston, Heather, Jaxon, Mom, Shane, Shawn, and myself) made the long trip out to Snowflake to celebrate Erin and Avery's birthdays!! We had an absolute blast!! We spent the 11th going to the fall festival (Snowflake has the smallest festivals I have ever seen in my life) and riding a Shetland Pony named Bob!! The kids were just tickled that they got to ride around on Bob. He was lazy and a little on the over weight side for his small stature!! Willy T went in and cut some apples up and brought out those and some carrots so Landon could feed Bob. After the long rides with three little boys on his back I'm sure he was grateful that he got a little snacky poo.
I was sad to leave after spending four days there but it always reminds me of how grateful I am for my family and the time that I do get to spend with them is cherished!! We all enjoyed each others company and had some good laughs.

Mom and I got the opportunity to sleep on a blow up mattress together and the first night she curled up right next to me in the middle of the night and told me, "Jenny, it's cold!!" Then early the next morning Miss A decided she wanted out of her cibbers and no one else would save her but Auntie Jenny. I went in and got her and she fell back asleep on my chest for about another 20 minutes. It's moments like that that I will always look back on and remember!!

Auntie Jenny swooped in and rescued Avery before her Momma's feet even hit the floor. Not that I am complaining that you got her, but your post makes me look a bit negligent. We sure had fun while you were here, and can't wait to see you this weekend. Avery is saving up some naughtiness.
